Industry-Specific AI Solutions
Our industry-specific AI solutions are crafted to address the unique challenges of each sector. For the Public Sector, we are developing a Decision Support System (DSS) using a crowdsourcing platform that gathers citizen input and real-time public transportation, health, and event data. This information is cleansed and analyzed by AI engines (using Azure Cognitive Search and Open AI) to infer the best course of action for optimized decision-making.
For the Insurance Industry, we have integrated an AI-based engine on top of our claim management solution to generate accident report templates in seconds, alongside predictive analytics for claims and underwriting based on historical data. For the Education sector, we have developed personalized training programs tailored to individual candidate performance, strengths, and weaknesses, allowing the system to suggest appropriate courses, materials, and specialization areas.
Analytics Dashboards and Business Intelligence
Analytics dashboards are the enabler for decision-makers to organize, visualize, and track critical data. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) offer a high-level overview of data points from diverse sources, allowing analysts to monitor business health in real-time.
CODE has a proven history of implementing Business Intelligence Dashboards across diverse industries using Microsoft Power BI. Our capability covers designing dashboard solutions for highly regulated industries in the cloud or on-premise, embedding Power Apps directly into reports for contextual action-taking, and enabling AI features such as automated anomaly detection, trend analysis, and KPI insights. Furthermore, we activate Cognitive Services directly on dashboards to achieve live sentiment analysis, key phrase extraction, language detection, and image tagging—empowering users to act seamlessly within the context of their data.
